1. Book Your SessionChoose your preferred date and complete the short booking questionnaire so we can begin planning your experience. Once your session is reserved, you’re officially on the calendar.

2. Quick Planning CallAfter booking, we’ll schedule a short planning call to learn more about your session, the people being photographed, and the overall style you’re drawn to. This helps us guide the experience intentionally from the start.

3. Your Tips & Reminder EmailBefore your session, you’ll receive a reminder email with simple preparation tips including wardrobe guidance, arrival timing, and ways to keep the experience relaxed and stress-free.

4. Arrive. Relax. Step into the SceneWhen you arrive, we’ll guide the session with easy prompts, natural movement, and relaxed direction designed to create genuine moments without awkward posing or pressure.

5. Your Portrait Reveal

After your session, you’ll receive an email invitation to schedule your online portrait reveal appointment. Included with the invitation will be a beautifully edited sneak peek image from your session so you can begin envisioning the final portraits from your experience.

During your reveal appointment, we’ll guide you through your gallery together and help you select the portraits you’d love professionally retouched and finished. Your included $150 artwork credit may be applied toward portrait collections, additional images, or artwork during this appointment.

Final retouching begins only after your selections are made so your gallery is finished intentionally and personally for you.
